The Sweet Spot Studio ("we", "us", "the Studio") is a creative strategy and design consultancy based in London, United Kingdom. These terms apply to all proposals, quotes, and services provided by the Studio.
All pricing is provided through a tailored quote based on your brief. A quote becomes a binding engagement only once both parties have confirmed the scope in writing and any agreed deposit has been received. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Each engagement includes the deliverables and revision rounds set out in the confirmed scope. Work requested beyond that scope will be quoted separately before it begins. No surprise charges, ever.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for your brand. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and on our social channels unless agreed otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, software licences) remain subject to their own licence terms.
Projects may be cancelled in writing at any time; work completed to date will be invoiced. Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice after the minimum term.
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes dependent on third-party platforms (e.g. social network algorithm changes).
We collect only the information you give us (name, email, company, project details) to respond to enquiries and deliver our services. We never sell your data. We use trusted third-party tools (e.g. email and scheduling providers) to operate the Studio. These process data under their own privacy policies. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@thesweetspotstudio.co.uk.
